This Privacy Policy sets out our commitment to protecting the privacy of personal information provided to us, or otherwise collected by us when providing our strategic, creative and/or media services (together, our “Services”) in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If our clients require compliance with other privacy laws, we may contractually agree to also handle personal information in accordance with other applicable privacy laws. Personal information: is information or an opinion, whether true or not and whether recorded in a material form or not, about an individual who is identified or reasonably identifiable.

Where you provide products or services to our client(s), such as if you are engaged as talent for an advertisement, we may collect:

your payment details;
details of our/our client’s requests for products or services and the products or services provided by you; and
any other personal information requested by us and/or provided by you or a third party.
Where you are a user of our website, we may collect:

as someone engaged by us and/or our client, to facilitate your provision of the products or services and payment to you;

Overseas disclosure: Where we disclose your personal information to third parties listed above, these third parties may store, transfer or access personal information outside of Australia. We take steps to ensure any overseas disclosure is in compliance with the Privacy Act.
Your rights and controlling your personal information

You do not have to provide personal information to us, however, if you do not, it may affect our ability to provide our Services to you and your use of our Services.
